When you get to the end of the game on a genocide run, the fallen child will appear and offer you a chance to reset the game at the cost of your soul. Resetting the data will reset your run logs, which would let you run another, "clean" run. Go into the game settings (open settings and the game data menu - undertale) and reset the data.
